The house is near the center of Sveti Vlas (hmm contradiction, it says it is in the center in the introduction) where lay the main market street. In very close proximity of the house there is a pharmacy, restaurant, ticket center, convenience and grocery stores.

50 meter from the house is the Main bus stop from which one can catch buses leading to the surrounding villages. Elenite, Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Ravda are a 15-20 minute bus ride with buses #5 and #8. (In addition, buses to Sofia, Burgas etc. etc. pick up passengers there as well).
